Travel Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist - $800 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Saint Charles, Missouri. Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Provide evaluations, daily treatments, and discharges for a high rehab‑to‑home population. Be present in the facility to receive guaranteed hours and comply with facility and company policies. Dress in black scrubs as required by the facility. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA. Active Missouri Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience is strongly preferred. Ability to perform evaluations, daily treatments, and patient discharges in a fast‑paced SNF setting. Willingness to follow company policies and productivity expectations (90% productivity requirement). Preferred Qualifications Experience with high rehab‑to‑home populations. Previous experience meeting productivity and documentation standards in a SNF. Assignment Details Therapist must be present in the building to receive guaranteed hours. Dress code: black scrubs.
