The Opportunity As a Customer Success Manager in our Atlanta office, you will drive growth, renewals, and value for our clients. You will work cross‑functionally with the CEO, sales, and product teams to increase platform adoption and retention. Your role is to serve as a business transformation consultant and relationship manager for real‑estate companies embracing data‑driven operations. Responsibilities Position solutions and ensure customer success using your product knowledge and industry experience. Manage your book of business, driving adoption, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. Analyze user analytics to identify under‑utilized features and target outreach. Implement strategies and work directly with customers to maximize value and expand adoption. Act as liaison between clients and product/technical teams to resolve issues and provide feedback. Respond to customer support tickets and develop process improvement strategies. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers, overseeing implementation. Travel 1–2 days every 2–3 months as needed to visit client offices. Qualifications Knowledge of real‑estate development, construction, or project management is highly preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment and deliver monthly results. High energy, positive attitude, activity‑driven and results‑focused. Capability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes. Persuasive speaking skills and persistence with follow‑up. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, or other presentation technologies. Willingness to work from our Atlanta office four days a week.
