Paint Operator:  

Pay: $19ph (1st & 2nd Shifts) 

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 

• Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday Overtime (as needed): 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

2nd Shift:

• Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Friday Overtime (as needed): 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated Paint Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll help prepare, coat, inspect, and move industrial components through the production process while maintaining quality and safety standards. Team members are cross-trained in multiple areas, providing opportunities to learn a variety of production tasks and grow within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare products for the coating process by performing basic surface preparation and setup.
• Apply coatings using spray equipment and other production methods.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the production process using carts, hoists, or overhead cranes (training provided).
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate production equipment safely while following established work procedures.
• Assist with packaging, staging, and movement of customer products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.

#Manitowoc1

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with industrial painting, coatings, spray equipment, or chemicals is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Willingness to learn multiple production processes through cross-training.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including a respirator.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 10-hour shifts.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around coatings, equipment, and moving machinery.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements, bending, reaching, and material handling throughout the shift.
