Sales Advisor For Nofence Norge

Are you passionate about Norwegian pastoral farming and want to work in sales? Nofence has developed the world's first virtual fencing system for livestock. With a GPS key and an app, farmers can create, move, and customize grazing areas in seconds, without setting up a physical fence. The solution is in use by farmers in Norway, Great Britain, Ireland, Spain, and the USA, and we have sold over 200,000 keys so far.

We are strengthening the Norwegian sales team and are looking for a sales advisor with a solid network in agriculture. We are especially looking for someone who knows cattle farming well, but the role covers the entire range of Nofence's customers, including small livestock.

About The Role

You are the face and voice of Nofence in Norway. You find the right customers, build trust, and guide farmers through the entire sales process, from the first conversation to when they start using Nofence on their farm. You have great responsibility and a lot of freedom to shape your own daily routine.

You will, among other things:

• drive proactive sales and build a strong customer portfolio
• follow up on leads and take sales from dialogue to signed agreement
• actively use your network to open doors and create new opportunities
• guide farmers through the purchasing process and in the startup phase
• contribute to collaborations that strengthen sales and visibility in Norway
• attend farm visits, customer meetings, and fairs
• influence how we build the organization in Norway further

You become part of an engaged team where we help each other, share knowledge, and continuously improve the way we work.

About You

We believe you:

• have good knowledge of Norwegian agriculture, and especially cattle farming, either through profession, background, or close contact with the industry
• have an established network in agriculture that you can actively use from day one
• have experience in sales or other customer handling, preferably with longer sales cycles and a relationship-based approach
• are curious about new technology and thrive with digital tools
• are trustworthy and good at creating good relationships with many different people
• are independent, take initiative, and thrive with a lot of responsibility
• communicate well in Norwegian, and are proficient in English, both written and spoken

Location

Trondheim, Molde, or Oslo. We primarily want you to be associated with one of our offices, but for the right candidate, we are open to full remote work. Some travel activity must be anticipated.
