FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Job Title

The role involves developing and implementing financial management plans, procedures, and programs to ensure the effective, efficient, and timely application of financial resources to support the organization's mission.

The duties include recommending and implementing new and revised financial management concepts, procedures, and strategies in support of the organization's programs.

Additionally, the position requires directing and performing program execution reviews, analyses, and appraisals of various major operating and support programs within the organization and with external stakeholders.

The role also involves conducting research for the development of top-level budget summaries during each budget cycle, outlining major changes and tracking current and future capabilities.

Furthermore, the job entails developing formats and content to provide managers with listings, reports, and data relative to the status of funds and obligations.

The position includes reviewing and overseeing the financial integrity, timeliness, and accuracy of information contained in accounting, budget execution, and financial management reports.

Lastly, the job requires conducting evaluation and analysis of financial-related issues elevated by audit reports, budget reviews, etc.
