Accounting Clerk

We're hiring an Accounting Clerk to support our accounting team with day-to-day administrative and transactional work. This is a great entry point into construction accounting—you'll keep our records organized, support invoice and payment processing, and help our team operate smoothly. What You'll Do Support the accounting team with daily administrative and transactional tasks Enter and organize invoices, receipts, and supporting financial documentation Assist with check runs, lien waiver preparation, and subcontractor communication Maintain organized records for invoices, contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance documents Respond to basic vendor and subcontractor inquiries about payments and documentation Assist with HR-adjacent administrative tasks as needed What You'll Bring 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related administrative role Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable/receivable Proficiency with Excel; experience with Sage, HH2, GCPay, or similar accounting software is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication skills, with the ability to work alongside vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams HR experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us You'll learn the foundations of construction accounting from a team that invests in your development, with a clear path to grow into an Accountant role over time.
