Project Coordinator / Project Assistant – Construction

Santa Clara, CA | $65,000–$80,000 | Full-Time, On-Site

A well-established commercial construction company in Santa Clara is looking for a sharp, organized go-getter to join its project team.

If you're a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, Project Administrator—or simply a strong coordinator who wants to build a career in construction—this could be an excellent opportunity. Construction experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who brings initiative, organization and a strong work ethic.

What You'll Do

• Support Project Managers and company management with project and office coordination.

• Coordinate vendors, material deliveries, equipment and inspections.

• Track project documentation, materials and status updates.

• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders and project closeouts.

• Process timesheets, purchase receipts and related documentation.

• Communicate with vendors, field personnel and project teams to keep things moving.

What We're Looking For

• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Strong communication and people skills.

• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Construction office/project experience is a plus—but attitude, initiative and ability to learn are equally important.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

$65,000–$80,000 , based on experience, plus an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, paid holidays and training.
