Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for engineering and construction? We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage innovative engineering projects that impact our Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) portfolio. Located in the beautiful Juno Beach, FL, this role offers the opportunity to lead projects from design through implementation, working with cross-functional teams to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering projects from conceptual design through commissioning and implementation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to identify product improvements or cost reduction ideas.
• Support implementation by providing technical input and project feasibility assessments.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Attend industry conferences and network with suppliers and vendors.
• Provide input on process improvements and best practices for project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 3 years of experience managing engineering projects from design to implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management fundamentals including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• A sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes.

Preferences

• Experience with Solar PV and/or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects or other power generation systems.
• Knowledge of project valuation methodologies and financial metrics (NPV, IRR, LCOE).
• Understanding of utility-scale energy project development.
• Experience with data analysis and analytics.
