Job Summary
As General Manager of our Hamilton MT location youll lead a fast-paced store in the heart of Montanas Bitterroot Valley. Youll oversee daily operations coach and develop your team manage inventory and costs and deliver exceptional service every shift.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability enjoys mentoring others and isnt afraid to hustle alongside their crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coach and develop a high-performing team of Assistant Managers Drivers and CSRs
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Manage labor food costs inventory and cash handling with accuracy
• Monitor and improve store performance and profitability
• Keep the store clean organized and compliant with Dominos brand standards
• Oversee scheduling hiring training and disciplinary actions
• Promote a positive energetic store culture

Qualifications :

Requirements

• QSR/general management experience

• Proven track record managing labor food cost and service metrics

• Strong leadership communication and people development skills

• Must be able to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed

• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

• Willingness to lead by example and work hands-on in the store
