Construction Office Manager / Accounting Assistant
Location: Miami, FL
Responsibilities:
- Manage job cost accounting and project budgets
- Handle progress billing, AIA pay apps, change orders, lien releases
- Process accounts payable/receivable and subcontractor payments
- Reconcile costs and provide financial reports
Requirements:
- 3+ years accounting experience (construction preferred)
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of construction billing & cost codes
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, accounting software)
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized
