Production / Box Builder – 1st Shift

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

A growing industrial packaging and manufacturing company is seeking dependable individuals to join their 1st shift production team. This position involves building custom wooden boxes and crates, using hand and power tools, reading measurements, and preparing products for shipment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble wooden boxes, crates, and packaging materials
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Measure, cut, and secure materials according to specifications
• Assist with production, packaging, and shipping preparation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Lift and move materials throughout the workday

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, construction, carpentry, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs regularly
• Strong work ethic and attendance record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
