Your mission

Lead complex procurement projects end-to-end—before and after the PO—to ensure predictable delivery, cost discipline, and compliance with nuclear standards.

Reporting line: Nuclear Island Delivery Manager | Work model: Hybrid, Cranberry Township, PA | Travel: up to 20%

How you’ll contribute

• Approve safety-related requisitions and uphold quality expectations.
• Co-create procurement strategies with Offer and Project Teams: qualify demand, screen potential suppliers, and establish clear supplier communications.
• Partner with Global Supply Chain Solutions (GSCS) to shape project charters, define benefits and resources, track execution, resolve blockers, and escalate when required.
• Lead RFx cycles; set sourcing strategies for materials, equipment, and services.
• Source quotations and dissect proposals; formulate negotiation strategies covering price, delivery, and terms/conditions for complex and specialized components.
• Analyze commodity cost structures; implement approaches to expand supplier value and reduce total cost.
• Maintain supplier market intelligence—financials, presence, capacity, key customers, competitors—and brief Supply Chain on capacity/performance and market dynamics.
• Own post-award performance: manage supply and commitments, lead change and contract management, assess entitlement and cost basis, support negotiations, and document changes in SAP.

What you’ll need to succeed

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or Chemical).
• 4+ years in procurement engineering with structural components.
• PMP preferred.
• Experience with international sourcing for nuclear projects; familiarity with ASME NQA-1 or ASME III preferred.

Compensation

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $85,200 to $106,500 per year.
