Summary Goldbelt APEX is looking for a Senior Acquisition Specialist. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Provide senior acquisition program management and strategic acquisition analysis. Develop acquisition strategies, milestone documentation, program briefings, schedules, risk products, and decision papers. Apply Materiel Requirements/Capability Development, PPBE, DoDI 5000, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework processes. Support ACAT medical programs and integration of medical product development with DoD acquisition processes. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge Defense Acquisition System. DoDI 5000 series / AAF.

Requirements/capability development. Acquisition Systems Engineering. Acquisition strategy and milestone documentation. Risk, schedules, LCCE/TEMP/LCSP-related documentation. Minimum Qualifications Expert-level knowledge of DoD acquisition processes. Working knowledge of capability requirements development, PPBE, and organizational acquisition policy. Ability to develop executive-level acquisition documentation. Ability to work independently. Travel: Up to 20% Preferred Qualifications Current/recent DHA PAE MP acquisition incumbent. DAWIA or equivalent acquisition training/certification. Medical product acquisition experience. FDA-regulated medical product familiarity. ACAT program experience.
