The Role

We’re looking for an outgoing and driven Entry-Level Event Assistant to represent our partner brands at live promotional campaigns and face-to-face marketing events.

While events provide the setting, sales and customer acquisition are at the heart of this role. You’ll engage directly with potential customers, introduce products and services, communicate their benefits, and help turn conversations into sales and new customer relationships.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, is comfortable starting conversations, and wants to develop practical sales skills in a fast-paced, interactive environment.

No previous experience is necessary. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you build confidence, strengthen your communication skills, and learn to deliver effective customer interactions that drive campaign results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive sales and customer acquisition: Engage with potential customers face-to-face, introduce relevant products and services, and help generate new business.
• Create sales opportunities: Start conversations, identify customer interests, communicate key benefits, and encourage customers to take action.
• Represent partner brands: Promote products, services, and campaigns professionally while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Work towards sales targets: Contribute to individual and team objectives, customer acquisition goals, and campaign performance.
• Build customer relationships: Establish rapport, answer questions, handle objections constructively, and communicate with confidence.
• Support live campaigns: Assist with on-site preparations and promotional activities to ensure campaigns run smoothly and maximize sales opportunities.
• Develop your skills: Learn effective sales techniques, customer engagement strategies, and ways to improve your performance through coaching and practical experience.
