The Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) is hiring a Billing Representative to join our Business Office team in St. Louis Park, MN. Key Responsibilities: Post remittance advice from insurance companies Manage insurance claim denials and rejections with timely follow-up Perform insurance verifications across all ACP divisions Generate and distribute monthly client statementsCommunicate insurance benefits and billing information to clients Assist with various administrative tasks to support business office operations Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in medical billing, insurance verification, or healthcare revenue cycle management At least 3 years of experience with posting lengthy remittances and managing denial queues.
