Program Manager
Tech Army
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. A minimum of ten (10) years of IT and business/industry experience, including at least three (3) years of leadership experience and five (5) years of project management experience. Experience managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects. Experience developing program strategies, supporting business cases, and creating enterprise-wide, high-level project plans. Experience integrating projects and adjusting project scope, timelines, and budgets as needed to meet evolving business needs. Experience communicating program strategy, direction, and changes to IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants. Proven experience delivering projects within an IT project portfolio on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic and business requirements. Experience tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers as needed. Highly proficient in both spoken and written English. Preferred Qualifications Ability to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
