Little Flower School in Great Mills Maryland is hiring a long-term substitute School Receptionist.
This role will fill in while the current receptionist is on leave and the schedule is 7am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday.
The compensation is $15.00 per hour.

- Perform all general receptionist functions including greeting and referring visitors, receive and transfer phone calls, take messages, sort and distribute mail.
- Perform clerical work for the office as requested.
- Program the telephone system.
- Schedule rooms and building facilities for events and meetings.
- Handle bulk mailings.
- Copying and duplicating materials.
- Handle all other administrative tasks as assigned for the school.

- Strong ability to multi-task in a busy school office environment.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in record-keeping and keeping an office organized
- Experience with office copiers and filing systems.
