Your attention to detail and commitment to timely payments will help keep our accounts in top standing and drive operational excellence across the business.How You'll Make an ImpactExecute high volume of vendor billing and data input and review and pay all invoices in accordance with company policy, and SOX requirementsPay vendors daily, monitor discount opportunities, schedule, and prepare checksEnsure credits are received for outstanding memos, research and investigate returned checks and request stop paymentsApply rigorous logic to analyze and resolve complex issuesReview and process invoices scanned via the Kofax Transformation Module (KTM), record accurately the manual entry of invoices as needed into ERP and P2P applicationVerify and reconcile monthly vendor statements to ensure assigned accounts remain in good standingRespond to internal and external customer and vendor email inquiries in a timely and professional manner meeting SLA requirementsContribute to the continuous improvement of the payment process by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and maximize efficienciesEscalate issues of concern to managementAssure timely completion of assigned tasks, and ensures that results are consistently high quality to meet or exceed departmental goalsWorking ConditionsOffice environmentWhat You'll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience1+ years of Accounting principles experience0+ years of ERP experienceSkillsAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detailAbility to communicate both orally and in writing in a clear and straight-forward mannerAbility to plan, prioritize and organize effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional and pleasant mannerKnowledge of SAP S/4; HANA and AribaKnowledge of basic accounting proceduresKnowledge of personal computer operation and software applications (i.e. Accounts Payable applications, Microsoft office)Proficient with MS ExcelPreferred QualificationsEducationAssociate's degree in Accounting or related field preferredHere, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
