BARTENDER (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Prepares and serves beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. Location Delta Sky Club PHX – 3400 E Sky Harbor Blvd TE, Phoenix, AZ 85034. Schedule Full‑time. Open availability preferred; weekends required. Pay $13.53 per hour. Qualifications Previous bartender experience preferred. Must be able to perform essential functions and comply with liquor laws. Responsibilities Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests. Set up assigned bars and requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce. Maintain stock and prepare, cure, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality. Greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner. Take and/or process orders for drinks; mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practice prudent portion control. Check guests at the bar for proper identification. Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained. Demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws. Receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed. Lock up and store all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits, and cash drops; secure bank. Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keep work area clean and organized. Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area. Wash and sterilize stemware. Perform other duties as assigned.
