Hiring ASAP For Caregiver Trainer (CNA / RN) in Santa Cruz County 

BEFORE You Apply, Do You Qualify?

• You have at least 5 years of CNA-level or higher experience

• Senior home care experience is a BIG PLUS! 

• You have experience providing hands-on personal care to seniors

• You have strong communication and leadership skills

• You enjoy teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed

• You have a positive, energetic, and bubbly personality

• You have a valid Driver's License & reliable vehicle + auto insurance

• You are a current resident of Santa Cruz County

Caregiver Trainer Schedule!

• Full-Time Position

• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

• Occasional flexibility may be required to support training needs

Caregiver Trainer Responsibilities May Include…

• Conducting orientation and onboarding for new caregivers

• Teaching and training caregivers company policies, procedures, and best practices

• Providing hands-on training for personal care, transfers, dementia care, and safety procedures

• Mentoring new caregivers 

• Performing caregiver skills assessments and competency evaluations

• Assisting with continuing education and in-service training programs

• Helping create a positive, welcoming experience for all new hires

• Supporting caregiver retention through coaching and encouragement

• Working closely with office staff to ensure caregivers are prepared for client assignments

Caregiver Trainer Pay / Benefits!

• $28.00 - $30.00 / hour, based on experience

• Weekly direct deposit
