**CNA/Home Health Aide/Patient Care Assistant (Santa Cruz Area)**

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and dignity. **About the Role:** As a **CNA/Home Health Aide/Patient Care Assistant**, you will be responsible for: * Providing companionship and personal care services to our clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming* Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other daily living activities
* Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition to our clinical team
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients
* Building strong relationships with our clients and their families **Essential Qualifications:*** Current certification as a CNA, HHA, or PCA
* 1+ year of experience in healthcare or a related field
* Ability to lift 25 pounds and move safely in and out of homes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
