Clinical Risk & Patient Safety Leader (On-Call)

Endeavor Health seeks a Clinical Risk Manager to lead risk assessment, incident investigations, and mitigation across multiple hospital sites in Northeast Illinois. You will collaborate with Claims, Legal, and Quality teams to reduce liability and promote safe care. Responsibilities include reviewing events, implementing risk reduction strategies, educating staff, and participating in on-call rotations.
