Triangle DeCon Services Inc. is a dynamic real estate advisory firm, specializing in project development and construction management for private developers and public organizations in Southern California. We are a young, energetic, and professional team committed to delivering value and building trust with our clients. Our expert team includes licensed Professional Engineers, certified Project Management Professionals, and other industry-certified professionals.
We are seeking a skilled construction scheduling professional to join our team full-time with the Los Angeles Unified School District. If you are eager to apply your expertise in Primavera P6 and schedule analysis to make a tangible impact in our community, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and review construction drawings and develop a clear understanding of work scope.
- Analyze contractor baseline and monthly schedules, focusing on critical path and cost loading.
- Perform QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals and ensure conformance with contracts.
- Create Earned Value Curves and monitor construction progress to identify and address schedule impacts.
- Conduct schedule Time Impact Analysis using Windows Analysis.
- Communicate effectively with project teams regarding schedule and progress-related issues.
- Prepare reports and attend site meetings as needed.
Requirements
- Six years of full-time professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably in educational facilities or public works projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (latest version) and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
Preferences
- Additional two years of experience in Construction Scheduling if the degree is in a non-related field.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff.
- Understanding of cost engineering, scheduling, and schedule forensics principles and practices.
