RN PCU – Travel Contract

Location: Overland Park, KS
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights, 3x12s (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

Requirements:

• Active Missouri or Compact RN License
• Minimum 2 years of PCU/Telemetry experience
• BLS and NIHSS required
• ACLS preferred
• Experience with cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation, Neuro Stepdown, and MS/Tele patients
• First-time travelers welcome

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for PCU and telemetry patients
• Monitor and manage cardiac rhythms and acute changes in condition
• Care for patients with stroke, AFIB, renal failure, GI bleeds, sepsis, COVID, and other complex medical conditions
• Perform pre/post cardiac cath care and telemetry monitoring
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
