Reach Truck Forklift Operator
Midway Staffing is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Reach Truck Forklift Operator to join our team. If you have Reach Truck experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we encourage you to apply!
Location: Eagan, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.50/hour
- Safely operate a Reach Truck forklift to move, store, and retrieve materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials while meeting inbound and outbound schedules.
- Pick, pack, check, and load products accurately.
- Move pallets and products to designated storage locations following inventory procedures.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions.
- Inspect Reach Truck equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate production records and shipping documentation.
- Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and warehouse procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of Reach Truck forklift experience .
- RF scanner experience preferred.
- OSHA forklift certification or Reach Truck operating experience preferred.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
