Forklift Operator
Midway Staffing is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. If you have forklift experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we encourage you to apply!
Location: Eagan, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials while meeting inbound and outbound schedules.
- Pick, pack, check, and load products accurately.
- Move and store pallets and materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Use RF scanners and complete shipping and receiving documentation.
- Inspect forklift equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory control and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of warehouse or forklift experience .
- RF scanner experience preferred.
- OSHA forklift certification or forklift operating experience preferred.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Spanish is a plus.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
