Client Services Support Analyst

Client Services Support Analyst – Indianapolis (hybrid). The role requires a U.S. residence; sponsorship cannot be offered. One day per week in‑office. Day to Day Activities Collaborate with mentors and leadership to initiate projects and support career growth. Develop understanding of Managed Markets and payer data to improve client engagement and project management capabilities. Collect business requirements based on client input and conduct product testing. Develop, execute, and maintain project plans; communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation to keep delivery on track. Facilitate requirements for creative design and Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MRL) submissions processes. Develop competency in client MRL review systems and approval processes. Coordinate meetings with Engagement, Business Intelligence, and Application Teams and other content experts as needed. Manage the client inquiry process to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Availability to work Eastern Standard Time and, if necessary, outside of standard company hours. Reliable internet connection suitable for large files and video/audio calls. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to travel up to 5% of the time. Preferred Project coordination experience. Detail‑oriented, self‑starter with strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with project management software.
