Salary: $125,000 - 155,000 per year Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a senior engineering position, such as Senior Software Developer, Senior Automation Engineer, or a comparable role.
- Expert-level programming ability and a strong record of designing and building complex, scalable software solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and data structures.
- Experience mentoring engineers, conducting constructive code reviews, and leading technical discussions.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to diagnose and resolve challenging technical problems.
- Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of complex AI and automation solutions using internal and third-party platforms.
- Mentor AI Engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
- Take on the teams most complex development work and set a high standard for code quality and innovation.
- Establish and uphold best practices for solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
- Make architectural decisions that support scalable, maintainable, secure solutions aligned with business and IT strategies.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for difficult technical issues, leading debugging and resolution efforts.
- Work with the AgentOps Team Leader to turn strategic goals into technical roadmaps and specifications.
- Research, assess, and promote emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies with the Innovation Team to strengthen team capabilities.
