ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Retirement Services . Responsibilities Grow our business while growing yours by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals. Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing a targeted sales strategy. Deepen relationships across the ADP family by cultivating additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network. Required Qualifications Proven outside business‑to‑business sales experience, 2+ years, including prospecting and territory management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota. Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style capable of cold‑calling, managing time effectively, and presenting ideas clearly in person, on the phone, or in writing. Team‑player able to work independently and collaborate with other ADP Sales Associates. Trusted advisor who builds relationships, lives with integrity, and delivers on promises. College degree is not required; relevant experience such as two or more years of quota‑carrying outside sales or military experience is acceptable. Preferred Qualifications Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensing, or the ability to obtain them within 45 days of employment. Compensation Base salary may vary by location, skills, and relevant experience. Salary range: USD $44,800 – $97,200 per year. Compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions, and is guaranteed not to be less than applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirements under law.
