Scrum Master – Located in San Antonio, TX, United States. Regular full‑time on‑site. Responsibilities Collaborate, facilitate, and lead the scrum team to overcome obstacles and achieve sprint objectives. Organize and facilitate sprint planning meetings. Facilitate daily stand‑up meetings, demos, and decision‑making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper adaptation. Plan and prioritize sprints/releases. Conduct scrum ceremonies (epic grooming, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, sprint demonstrations) according to sprint/release cadence. Track sprint progress and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Ensure compliance and audit accuracy of inputs on Azure DevBoards. Coordinate cross‑team activities and resolve issues. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with team members, product owners, and stakeholders. Coach and mentor team members on Scrum principles and practices; remove impediments; continuously improve team dynamics, processes, and performance. Work flexible shifts including weekends as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics. Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) – Project Management Institute.
