Experienced Licensed Insurance Professional – Service, Retention & Agency Operations

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and client-focused professional who can retain and cross-sell business while managing critical administrative functions that keep the agency running smoothly. What You'll Do

• Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
• Proactively review policies for coverage gaps
• Cross-sell auto, home, umbrella, and life products
• Assist clients with billing questions and payment options
• Deliver exceptional customer experience

Administrative & Operational Support

• Process policy updates accurately and efficiently
• Handle billing inquiries and carrier communications
• Manage certificates of insurance and documentation requests
• Maintain compliance and file organization
• Assist agency owner with reporting and daily operations
• Support sales team with follow-up and service needs

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license (Required)
• 2+ years insurance agency experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills (phone and written)
• Comfortable discussing coverage and recommending solutions

• Proactive and solution-focused mindset
