The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with customer service and ticketing systems, including Five9, Genesys, Qualtrics, Medallion, and NICE . This role involves troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing these tools to ensure seamless operations and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with customer service and ticketing systems, including Five9, Genesys, Qualtrics, Medallion, and NICE . This role involves troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing these tools to ensure seamless operations and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Five9, Genesys, Qualtrics, Medallion, and NICE ticketing systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, user access, and integration with other platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements and enhancements.
- Train end-users on system functionality, best practices, and new features.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure system security and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Document all technical processes, solutions, and updates for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in supported ticketing systems to ensure optimal performance and usage.
- Technical Expertise : Hands-on experience with Five9, Genesys, Qualtrics, Medallion, and NICE .
- Troubleshooting Skills : Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Documentation : Strong documentation skills for creating user guides, troubleshooting steps, and technical notes.
- Analytical Thinking : Proficient in analyzing system performance metrics and providing actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with customer service workflows and CRM tools is a plus.
