About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for a Treasury role with a focus on liquidity, capital, and balance sheet management. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of high-impact functions, including daily liquidity optimization, complex balance sheet and executive committee reporting, and leading the execution of liquidity, capital, and balance sheet management strategies. This role requires a critical thinker with the ability to analyze and adapt to emerging risks and regulatory changes, and the individual will be expected to support and lead activities such as liquidity and cash forecasting, collateral optimization, stress testing, and financial reporting. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President - Treasury position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a finance or accounting focus, and a minimum of 5 years' of progressive experience in corporate treasury, asset-liability management, financial planning, or related fields. The role demands a detail-oriented professional with advanced proficiency in bank financial analysis, balance sheet analytics, and data-driven forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a diligent work ethic, be adept at maintaining accuracy in financial reporting and regulatory processes, and possess the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to proactively anticipate shifts in liquidity, market risk, and capital positioning are also essential.
