About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to play a pivotal role in the organization's success by ensuring the right talent is in place to drive the enterprise strategy. This executive will be a key member of the HR Leadership Team, responsible for the development and evolution of the company's employee value proposition, total compensation philosophy, and global benefit strategy. The role demands a strategic and hands-on approach, with a focus on continuous improvement, compliance, and the ability to lead and influence across all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will be a strong relationship builder, a positive and clear communicator, and a driven self-starter with a mindset of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Total Rewards include contributing to the company's employee value proposition, leading the global compensation and benefits functions, and ensuring the effectiveness and competitiveness of total reward programs. The role also involves overseeing the development and implementation of communication strategies, partnering with leadership to address challenges, and managing a team of direct reports. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with a Master's degree and professional certifications preferred, and at least 15 years' experience in global compensation and benefits. Experience in a decentralized global industrial manufacturing environment and supporting compensation and benefits in a public company is a plus. The role requires a leader with a proven track record of building collaborative relationships, influencing at all levels, and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
