Locations: San Antonio | Austin | Dallas | Houston | Corpus Christi Compensation: $150,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus (Up to $200,000) Total Potential Earnings: $350,000+ About The Role Thomas J. Henry Law is seeking a proven trial attorney to lead and develop a team of litigators at one of the largest and most successful personal injury law firms in the country. This leadership role oversees a team of 4–6 attorneys and their litigation staff while guiding case strategy from intake through trial or resolution. Our firm invests heavily in litigation and prepares every case as though it will go to trial. Attorney Managers play a critical role in maintaining that standard while mentoring the next generation of trial lawyers. This position is ideal for a courtroom‑tested attorney who wants to expand their impact by shaping case strategy, mentoring developing litigators, and ensuring that every client receives the highest level of advocacy.
