Customer Operations Representative

Supporting clients in the central and west coast regions, the part-time Customer Operations Representative will manage order entry, pricing inquiries, and product availability while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining effective relationships remotely. Key responsibilities Manage customer accounts and oversee all aspects of the customer support process Execute order management practices in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure accurate order life cycle completion Act as a liaison between customers, sales, supply chain, and manufacturing to resolve issues and improve processes Required qualifications High School Diploma/GED 1+ years of comparable Customer Service experience Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Advanced understanding of web order entry processes and customer service SOP Experience with Salesforce for account management and service requests
