You'll work cross-functionally to design and deliver integrated solution architecture that is repeatable and scalable, quick to deliver, and delights users.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product and UX teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.Design, document, and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable system architecture.Perform some hands-on coding, in partnership with BOSS API team & other application teams.Establish coding standards, best practices, and ensure code quality through reviews and mentoring.Oversee CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality and security compliance.Collaborate with PMs and QA to align on delivery goals.Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.Required Experience8+ years of experience as a software developer or dev lead, with 3+ years of architecture experience.Experience building a POC (Proof of Concept) from scratch.Greenfield initiative support experience.Experience leading a team and suggesting potential solutions.Expertise and understanding of technical / integration aspects of design tools (e.g. Adobe, Canva), underlying data layers, and digital asset management solutions.Experience building APIs.Hands-on coding experience and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionConsultingIndustriesBusiness Consulting and ServicesMedical insuranceVision insurance401(k)J-18808-Ljbffr
