As a member of our family, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care to our residents, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents according to established policies and procedures
- Ensure the highest degree of quality care is always maintained
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
Qualifications:
- Must be certified as a nursing assistant, by the department of Health, within four months of date of hire
- Previous nursing facility experience preferred
