Sanitation Associate

Job Description Supports activities within company food safety and sanitation programs. Assists with training, monitoring, and executing master sanitation schedules and maintaining our world class HBH food safety standards. Must be able to function autonomously, be self-directed, and provide frontline leadership, as directed. The starting pay rate for this role is $19/hour. Essential Functions Assists to ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures at HBH Ecommerce Supports and upholds company Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) Maintains and verifies sanitation records, documents, and reports Maintains a structured, orderly chemical storage and sanitation supply area Assists with designating work assignments to staff while completing tasks in a timely and orderly manner Follows ongoing training programs for chemical handling, awareness, safety and sanitation in the Knowledge of chemical safety and ability to assist with training individuals on chemical safety and awareness Provides feedback to the management team on any changes needed for manufacturing needs and the cleaning schedule Flexible scheduling determined by hours of operation and occasionally works after hours to complete projects and any other duties deemed necessary Ability to troubleshoot, develop process improvements and manage corrective Ability and willingness to work a flexible full-time schedule that includes weekends and Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no direct reports. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of sanitation and/or production experience within a manufacturing environment. Education Requirements High school or equivalent.
