IT Support Associate

POSITION OVERVIEW Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced IT Support Associate for our client, a rapidly growing healthcare technology company in New York City! This is a 3–6-month contract opportunity (with strong potential for permanent conversion) offering a hybrid schedule (3 days/wk onsite). Provide day-to-day end-user support in a fast-growing, cloud-first environment. Own onboarding/offboarding, SaaS administration, hardware deployment, and IT support while helping scale operations as the company grows. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide L1/L2 end-user support Manage onboarding/offboarding and hardware lifecycle Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and Zoom Resolve tickets via ticketing platform and Slack Support RBAC, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews Maintain inventory and asset management Support Zoom Rooms and conference room AV Assist with networking troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VLANs) QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of IT Support or Service Desk experience Startup or MSP experience required Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and Zoom Experience with onboarding/offboarding and identity management Familiarity with Jamf or Intune Knowledge of networking fundamentals Strong communication and customer service Preferred: Okta/Jamf certifications, UniFi, automation tools, SOC2/HIPAA exposure COMPENSATION & BENEFITS This contract position offers an hourly rate of $40-55/hr, commensurate with experience.
