Are you a bilingual professional with a passion for patient care? Dental Concepts Dental Group is looking for a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team! Whether you are an experienced dental administrator or an entry-level candidate eager to learn, we provide a supportive environment where you can grow. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in delivering a welcoming and efficient experience for our community.
Pay
$24~$30 per hour

Requirements
- Open Dental
Experience: Prior dental office experience is preferred, but we are open to training motivated entry-level candidates.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus, but we are happy to provide training.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude are essential.
Job Description
Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage high-volume phone lines and schedule appointments efficiently.
Coordinate patient flow and update digital records.
Communicate clinical and financial information clearly to patients in both English and Spanish.
Utilize Open Dental software for daily administrative tasks (training provided).

Jobley Bonus: $37 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
Shift & Schedule
Standard Days: Monday through Saturday.
Weekend Availability: Must be open to the possibility of working two Sundays per month.
