Compliance Support Associate

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Compliance Support Associate. This role focuses on supporting compliance programs, maintaining documentation, monitoring processes, and helping ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance programs and operational processes
• Maintain compliance records and documentation
• Review reports and records for accuracy and completeness
• Track policy acknowledgments and compliance requirements
• Assist with internal audits and compliance reviews
• Monitor deadlines and compliance-related activities
• Prepare reports and compliance summaries
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding compliance requests
• Maintain confidential business information
• Support regulatory documentation and filing processes
• Assist with process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field)
• 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, or support roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
