PART-TIME MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER Location: Scottsdale / Phoenix Area (Hybrid Role) Hybrid remote and in-office 20 hours a week 4 days a week, 5-hour days - Monday through Thursday Working hours from 9am to 3pm or 10am to 4pm Office location in the Industrious Kierland Commons Our client, a boutique marketing agency in Scottsdale, Arizona, is looking for a Part‑time Marketing Operations Manager who thrives on project management, keeping a team on track and accountable for execution, creating structure, building repeatable processes, and generating results. This role is not about managing tasks — it’s about owning outcomes.
