Job Overview
Join a leading window manufacturing company in a fast-paced production environment. This role focuses on assembling high-quality residential window products using tools, working on a production line, and supporting automated equipment to meet daily output goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble window frames, sashes, trim, glass components, and hardware
- Perform repetitive line work (target: ~1 window per minute)
- Use hand and power tools (saws, nail guns, drills, measuring tools)
- Read basic work instructions and follow standard operating procedures
- Pick, stage, and move materials to support production lines
- Load materials and assist automated machinery
- Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work Environment
- Large-scale manufacturing facility focused on window production
- Fast-paced, team-based assembly line environment
- Combination of repetitive work, standing, lifting, and tool use
- Production-driven setting with performance goals
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, or using tools
- Comfortable working at a fast pace and repetitive tasks
- Ability to stand for full shift and lift materials regularly
- Strong reliability and work ethic

This is a Contract position based out of Bayport, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.81 - $24.70/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
