• 1st Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM | $19.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM | $21.00/hr

Job Summary

We are hiring Machine Operators to run and monitor press equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for setting up machines, maintaining production quality, and safely producing parts according to company standards. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor press machines during production.
• Load materials and remove finished products.
• Perform quality inspections and basic measurements.
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and safety procedures.
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Label, package, and stage finished products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hamilton, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
