What You'll Do
- Provide specialized nursing care for adult oncology patients, managing chronic and acute leukemia, lymphomas, and blood disorders
- Administer treatments, medications, and therapies per physician orders
- Monitor patient progress and document in EPIC electronic health records
- Educate patients on their diagnoses, treatments, and self-care strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Respond to patient needs during daily rounds and emergency situations
- Support patient emotional well-being through compassionate care
What You Need
Required:- Valid Ohio RN licensure
- BLS certification
- 1+ year of oncology nursing experience
- Ability to work the scheduled shift in a fast-paced environment
- ACLS certification
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification
