Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,443 per week

Role Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Arlington, New York. The role involves assisting patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions as part of a team providing high-quality care. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA. Active New York State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Experience treating geriatric populations preferred. Ability to perform common SNF procedures and use standard therapeutic equipment, including mobility aids, therapeutic exercise tools, and modality devices.
