Legal Technology Expert for AI Training

Apply hands-on legal technology expertise to help train and improve next-generation AI systems for legal operations initiatives. You will create realistic workflows, evaluate technology-assisted results, and provide practical feedback grounded in real-world legal standards. Prior AI experience is not required. Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine realistic legal and contract-management workflows using leading legal technology platforms.
- Evaluate eDiscovery, litigation support, compliance, contract, and e-signature solutions and their integrations in simulated operational environments.
- Review AI-generated and technology-assisted outputs, identifying inaccuracies, unrealistic results, workflow failures, risks, and errors.
- Document findings clearly, using real-world legal operations best practices and professional standards.
- Identify user-experience issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve technology-assisted legal processes.
- Share tested workflows and actionable recommendations with the project team.
- Account for applicable compliance and privacy considerations in legal technology use cases.
- Professional experience in legal research, litigation support, contracts, or eDiscovery, including daily hands-on use of relevant technology platforms.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements in legal operations.
- Experience implementing or managing e-signature workflows, contract lifecycle management tools, or document automation solutions.
- Ability to evaluate, critique, and improve digital workflows and end-user experiences in legal environments.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and clear written communication.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable AI tools is helpful. Experience evaluating AI projects or integrating AI into workplace workflows is a plus, but not required.
- Remote contract engagement supporting legal operations and AI initiatives.
- $50 to $70 per hour.
