Driver Manager

Job Description Driver Manager in Monrovia, MD to ensure successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management. The Driver Manager will act as a link between the business, our drivers and customers. Job Number 261635 Schedule Full-time Tuesday-Saturday, 4 p.m.-1 a.m. (1st Shift) Responsibilities Make safety-conscious decisions that ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Balance the needs of our customers, drivers and the business. Provide continuous, structured and proactive performance management and coaching to drivers. Manage driver payroll and home time. Collaborate with various teams to identify and implement creative solutions to improve retention and drive business. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Able to work collaboratively with a variety of teams, both internally and externally. Pay and Benefits Medical, dental and vision insurance.
