We are a growing company and need experienced, happy personnel who want to join a successful team.
Coding, entering, processing invoices, and reconciling statements. Set up vendors as necessary, ensuring required W-9, insurance, etc. is obtained. Collect Accounts Receivable payments and send out statements monthly. Run weekly and semi-monthly payroll.
Responsibilities:* Code & process accounts payable invoices* Reconcile accounts payable statements* Process Payroll* Accounts Recievable
Qualifications:* Accounts Payable experience, preferabble from auto industry* Account Recievables experience* Experience processing payroll* CDK experience is preferred, but not required.* Understand general accounting rules and guidelines
